Garden to relax in , lovely accommodation

Lovely accommodation , safe and private with garden to relax in

The accommodation organised for us to be picked up by water taxi at the airport and we were dropped off right at the Palazzo’s dock, it was totally worth the cost not having to navigate Venice with luggage. We were met by KSeniya, who was by far the most professional host we have come across from many travels across Europe staying in a wide variety of accommodation. When we walked into the room it took my breath away, stunning. KSeniya walked us through the apartment explaining all aspects of the apartment and the area. We were provided with a comprehensive book on the area with suggestions, helpful details and maps. The apartment was incredibly clean. Everything we needed was supplied. The bed was comfortable and the furniture was quality, the two bathrooms looked like new. Small balcony overlooking the canal. Enough to soak in Venice. Small elevator, but worked well and was very much appreciated. So much care and thought has gone into the renovation of this beautiful building and for the needs of the guests.

Nothing, it’s perfection!

Location, setting, room was ready on arrival. Staff were warm and friendly and had made contact prior to arrival and assisted us in making some tour arrangements. The Palazzo has it’s own private dock which is great for arriving and departing by water taxi

Bathroom was very small with no shelf space and room was on two levels, we would have preferred one. Also we received no servicing of the room during our stay
