The location was excellent: within walking distance to trams, railway station, opera, supermarkets, restaurants, the lake, the museum kuntshaus, etc. The apartment was very quiet at night. The bed was excellent. There was plenty of cupboard space. Every room was as shown on the photographs.
A minor nuisance: construction workers started working around 07:30 on weekdays on a nearby site.

Excellent location, very clean, large bedroom and lounge room is also very large and perfect as a 2nd bedroom. Kitchen is small but has everything you need to make a simple breakfast.

Spacious flat, just 10 min walk to the old town or a few minutes to the lake. The flat is well equipped, you can cook in the kitchen and there is a TV with many programs. It also seemed clean, warm and quiet. Overall, good value and would stay again.
A few small things that require little investment would make a big difference - for example, having some coffee and tea and cooking oil in the kitchen, as well as some washing liquid (shampoo or shower gel) in the bathroom. These would turn the stay into a 10-star experience, and the host wouldn’t need to ask guests to leave a 10-star review - I would happily leave one automatically.
