Very spacious home with places to spread out as we gathered for a family wedding close by. Kitchen was well-supplied, plenty of towels and bedding- everything we needed was there! Highly recommend!

This property was a perfect location for a staging, a wedding in evergreen. The family fully enjoyed it and the house was beautiful and cool old school early '80s.

Really enjoyed the house and our stay in Evergreen. The location was close to the wedding venue (Evergreen Lake house) and easy to get to the airport. Plenty of room , everything we needed, and the host was very responsive with any questions.

The good : overall, the property was clean and there was a lot of room; the convenience to Red Rocks was very good; the beds were comfortable; the host was easy to work with
The bad: The house was VERY dated ..like 1970s…the Tv in the largest bedroom was inoperable and there were no other bedrooms with TVs…TVS are very cheap to purchase and to me, there should be working tvs at least in the larger bedrooms; the house was cold in the morning and the master bedroom was about 90 degrees during the day; we called the host to adjust because the temp control (nest) was locked to our use; the shower is the master bedroom was extremely small and the nozzle “sprayed” vs a constant stream of water and the drain was loose; the living areas were set up strangely as the room where the TV was would only accommodate 4 adults and that’s with 3 on the couch; the neighbors were very loud both nights.
overall, i would rate this property a 3… i really would not recommend it due to the things above ..there is no way it is above a 4.0– it is just so dated .. I would not stay here again …
