Amazing location ,spacious rooms , rich breakfast and beautiful spa . The hotel provides everything you need . Huge credits to the girls in the reception every time with a smile on and willing to help you with everything. Special thanks to Aphrodite and Katerina they were super professional , warm and kind from the beginning providing us with tips for our hiking experience and many more . I would definitely stay there again next time .

Fantastic location on the high street, 5minutes walk from rental shops, lifts, gym and the central station. Exceptional service and top tier breakfast! Rooms are spotless and spa facilities also great with an incredible mountain view from the saunas.

value for money is poor. staff are friendly but just do their job. They have little interest in maintaining a high standard. For example, room cleaning did a superficial job but did not change the sheets (just made the bed) even though our sheets were clearly stained and dirty. Also the heater didn't work in our room. It took 2 days for someone to "repair" it but the heater remained non- functional for the duration of our stay. For us it was really annoying as we wanted to dry our gloves/ scarves from the skiing day, but the staff just smiled and didn't seem to really care. If they offered good service, they could offer a slight reduction in the room price or even just a free drink at the bar, but they did neither. Just smiled.... Doubt i'll be back here again. Value for money is low.
