Comfortable, clean accommodation with great views of Gumbet harbour and surrounding countryside. It’s away from the hustle of Bodrum town. 15 minutes walk downhill to Gumbet beach or to Bodrum Marina and town.
Location would perhaps not suit everyone as it is at top of a steep hill. Walking down was ok for us (we are seniors) and walking up from Gumbet beach was achievable (although mid summer may be another matter). We did not attempt the walk up from Bodrum town as steeper. However the 2-57 dolmus runs about every 15 minutes and is good value. No problems at all with the actual property.

Communication before the visit was great. Staff were helpful and friendly. Apartment was clean and well equipped. There was a lovely pool area with loungers. I liked that there was water in the fridge when we arrived at 22.30.
The shower pressure was excellent with lots of hot water. We stayed in room G2 and enjoyed a glass of wine watching the sunset. I highly recommend this accommodation.
The hairdryer tripped the electricity after 30 seconds use. While it was not an issue for us it is a 10/12 minute walk to the port and the gradient is 8%

It is well placed, just outside the busy town centre, but still a steep climb. We walked once, but the rest of the time used our car. The place is spacious and relaxing.
The place was extremely dusty and needed a good clean. A lot of ants as well.
