Its nice, vomfy atmoafere

Easy access to the beach - spotless room and very helpful staff

Liked the proximity to the beach and public transit; liked the friendliness of all staff and their attentiveness; liked the breakfast options and the length of the breakfast period; liked the air conditioned rooms , comfy beds , large bathroom and fridge in room

Would have been nice to be a bit closer to the SME vaporetto station and more restaurant options without taking transit. Walking with a family of varying ages is not always an option

The girl at the front desk was lovely and very helpful when we had to move room. She always had a smile for us which was nice and was friendly and welcoming.

The room were all very noisy. We were on the ground floor in room 11 and it was so noisy it was very uncomfortable, the room above and the hallway. We moved to room 30 which was better but still we were woken up every morning around 6am or 7am by loud moving noises upstairs. They should provide ear plugs. The breakfast was supposed to be fabulous but it wasn't. It was fine but very bread heavy - no fresh vegetables or salad (apart from a few leaves in the morning). After staying for 6 night s we felt that we had to eat so much bread there and sugar it didn't feel very healthy and always the same. I cannot eat egg so that also meant there was no hot option apart from toast, toast, toast! No tea and coffee making facilities in the room was a shame. After a very long journey to arrive late at night we couldn't even get a drink in our room. Disappointing. We had to leave our bags for the day and there was no locked room to put our valuables so we had to carry them with us all day. Our bags were just kept behind some chairs in reception. This could be much better, to provide custoemrs with some security.
