Breakfast was really great, every option you can think of. Great coffee too!
The spa is lovely, it has many options.
It would be nice if the spa working hours were longer than 20h.
The hotel doesn't have a lift so heavy luggage is a bit of an issue.

Location, neat and tidy rooms, comfortable wellness area
The mattress in bed the was overused. We asked for replacement and the staff was helpful, replaced it for the second night.

The wonderful staff. Location. The style of the place. The fact that they have a Night manager. The spa. The breakfast. The car park and grounds. In fact, more or less everything about the place.
It's not really a case of "didn't like". It is a much better standard than many 4 star hotels. It would be even better if there was a small Resident's Bar and/or if the beer they sell was not Heineken! There is no need for a restaurant, as there are good ones in Visegrád that need business from hotel guests.
