I had a really pleasant stay here. The staff were friendly and accommodating and did their best to fulfill all my requests. Any issues I reported were fixed quickly, which I really appreciated. I also requested a later checkout because I wasn't feeling well, and the staff were kind enough to accommodate that. I stayed in a corner room with a lovely view, and the bed was super comfortable. The bathrobe was a nice touch, and the room was cleaned every day. The location is good and vibrant.
The only real downside was the lack of communication. I reached out before my stay and followed up afterward to request an invoice, but never received a response to either message. This was a bit disappointing, especially since the service in person was otherwise very good. Another thing worth mentioning is the area around Canal Street. It can feel quite chaotic and messy, which might be a bit overwhelming. However, once you step inside the hotel, the atmosphere feels completely different.

Lovely staff, great location, nice restaurants and bar offerings at the hotel.
Rooms can be quite small.

Good location, great style and vibes.
Microscopic room for 600$ paid per night!, missed cleaning the first day, had to request to get them at the end of the second day.

The hotel has a stylish atmosphere and is conveniently located in Tribeca. The room was clean, and I appreciated the overall design of the hotel.
I was disappointed with the condition of the room, especially considering the price of $406 for one night. The flooring had a noticeable crack, and there were visible signs of damage and wear in the bathroom. At this price point, I expected a much better-maintained room. Unfortunately, the overall value for money did not meet my expectations.
