Huge room , very comfortable bed
The bath tub .. no stand up shower , only a hand held
Also the breakfast was not very satisfying. I know i am in Europe but other hotels like in Interlakken had scrambled eggs, bacon , sausage etc

Great location as it is easy to find.
Love the room as I can see Matterhorn from our room balcony.
One of the male staff was very helpful during check in.
The downside is from the train station we have to walk up slope. Pillows and bed are too soft. On the first night, the water was not flowing down in the bathtub causing a mini flood during shower but quickly fixed by staff after complaint.

The location is amazing. It is 3 minutes walk from the train station. We took the Glacier Express from St. Moritz to Zermatt and were surprised how convenient this hotel is. It is on the main street with many excellent restaurants and souvenir shops. The cog railroad is just across from the train station. Another bonus.
The breakfast is just so so.
The hotel doesn't have a direct view of the Matterhorn but viewing the Matterhorn in town is only a 5 minutes walk.
