Amazing staff. Excellent breakfast. Family room was in fact 2 rooms with separate bathrooms. Hotel is close to the seafront. Puerto Madryn is an ideal location to visit the Welsh museum and monument, Peninsula Valdes and Gaiman.

Great location nice staff from front desk to restaurant and clean Really Good breakfast with vegetables and fruit actually the best we had in Argentina

The location is good The breakfast was good, the hotel was full so the staff had trouble keeping up with missing stuff but they tried. The rooms are good and big

On the second night there was no hot water to take a shower (we wanted to take a bath, that's why we booked this place, but even a short shower wasn't possible). We called multiple times to the reception, every time they gave a different excuse and an unrelated and irrelevant time estimation to fix the problem. Someone was supposed to come but he never arrived. After almost two hours of waiting for a solution we went to sleep without showering. This shouldn't happen in a 4 star hotel. Warm water for a shower is as basic as it gets. They didn't apologize for the inconvenience and in the morning after I asked to speak with a manager that wasn't there. He was supposed to call me back, I'm still waiting (a week has gone by).
