Ideal for a stay with family, friends, colleagues, for a weekend, vacation, or work. With its 3 bedrooms and bathroom, the apartment can accommodate up to 6 people.
It consists of:
🛋️ a living room/dining room space with 🍽️ an equipped open kitchen (refrigerator/freezer, cooktop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, filter coffee maker and Nespresso, kettle, toaster),
🛏️ a bedroom with two single beds
🛏️ two bedrooms with one double bed each,
🛁 a bathroom with bathtub and washing machine,
🚽 a separate toilet,
The apartment is on the 1st floor with an elevator.
🅿️ The accommodation is located in the pedestrian zone of downtown Colmar. A paid street parking zone with parking meters is available nearby.
🅿️ The public Montagne Verte parking is located 3 minutes walk from the apartment. It offers 690 underground spaces (maximum height of 2m, possibility of electric car charging).
🅿️ You have the option to book private parking spaces within a 500m radius around the accommodation. These spaces are limited, subject to availability. A reservation is mandatory. Rate starting from 12€ per night, per space.
🚲 You have the option to reserve a spot in a secure bicycle storage room in a neighboring building (200m away).

🚭Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a penalty of €250 in additional cleaning fees.
🐕 Animals are accepted upon request (animals under 15kg and non-dangerous) with a supplement of 30€ per stay per animal. It is requested that animals be kept on a leash outside the accommodation.
🧹Bed and toilet linen as well as the standard final cleaning at the end of the stay are included in the price. This includes changing the bed linen, a general cleaning of the apartment and sanitary facilities.
🧹 However, it is up to you to clean and put away the dishes, take out the trash, empty the refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and tidy up inside the apartment. If you do not wish to do this, you can order a so-called "complete cleaning" supplement for the apartment for 30€ before your arrival. In the absence of prior reservation of this option, and in case of non-compliance with these instructions, penalties of 60€ for cleaning fees will be charged to you.
🧹 For any stay of a minimum of 8 nights, a complete cleaning, during the stay, with changing of household linen is included in the rate, with the exception of the equipped kitchen and dishes. The desired day of the cleaning company's visit (excluding Sundays and public holidays) must be specified to us by email before your arrival, and will be confirmed subject to availability. If you do not want this service, it can be canceled but will not be refunded.
🧹 For stays of 7 nights or less, it is possible to book a "mid-stay cleaning" option before the stay, always excluding the equipped kitchen and dishes with an additional charge, upon prior reservation.
📝 A digital contract signature and your ID will be requested after booking through the Yaago platform, as well as the information for the police report, in accordance with current regulations. If the identity of the persons present during the stay does not match that of the reservation, we reserve the right to deny you access to the accommodation.

Aire acondicionado. Francia debe asumir en sus alojamientos que cada vez hace más calor en verano y un simple ventilador por habitación no es suficiente

L´emplacement est parfait. Très central et pourtant calme. Belle vue sur la Collégiale et la Grand´Rue, et un Casino en bas. Appartement très clair et bien équipé. Les lits sont bons et la literie agréable. Nous avons apprécié de trouver de l´eau, du vin, du café et du thé à notre arrivée. Très contents aussi de trouver du savon, du produit vaisselle, des produits de nettoyage, etc. L´appartement avait la bonne taille pour notre groupe de 4. Deux personnes ont pu laisser leurs bagages à l´Agence jusqu´au départ de leur train en début d´après-midi.
Pas de vrais problèmes. Quelques détails. Aucun problème pour trouver la clé à l´arrivée le dimanche mais l´usage de la boîte à clés n´est pas évident (il n´était pas clair qu´il fallait tourner pour l´ouvrir). Nous aurions voulu trouver les modes d´emploi de l´électroménager, en particulier la cuisinière et la machine à laver (un modèle qui n´existe pas en dehors de la France). Etant arrivés un dimanche, nous aurions apprécié de trouver un plan de ville dans l´appartement. Nous aurions préféré de vraies tasses à café, il n´y avaient que de gros mugs. Et quelques verres à vin type ballon. Ayant payé pour le nettoyage final, Il n´était pas clair ce qu´il fallait faire nous même en partant. Le fait que ce soient les clients qui font la vaisselle avant de partir a comme conséquence qu´on trouve par exemple des verres mal lavés en machine (sans sel de rinçage?) et pas propres dans l´armoire. L´étagère supérieur des placards était poussiéreuse et il y avait une paire de chaussettes qui ne nous appartenait pas.
