The lock did not work when we first arrived, but management was able to guide us through opening the key to gain entry. Maintenance arrived within 30 minutes to fix the lock and provide us with a new code.Plenty of room, loved sitting on the patio watching the wildlife. quick walk/bike ride to the beach. Back 2 rooms did not get as much AC, but overall great trip,

We've stayed in the turtle point area for several years now and this condo/villa is one of the nicer units we've rented. Very clean and a short bike ride to the beach. Great views of the lagoon from the back deck.

Reviewer Comments:
We have stayed at numerous vacation rentals over the years at Kiawah, the location of the villa was great. I would say that there are a lot of little details that needed to be addressed, from faucet handles that were falling off to moldy shower curtains, a bed without all of the linens and a door lock that was so difficult the key broke off. Concerns were addressed promptly but are ones that routine maintenance and more supervision for housekeeping could have eliminated in the first place.
