Pension Madara

Clean room provided the basics and a large comfortable bed, meeting expectations for price. Walk 10 - 15 minutes to many restaurant options if you want to stay close to the Pension.

Location is a bit further from majority of the connection sight seeing hubs but still accessible by a couple regular trams and busses.

The location was excellent, the neighbourhood was super, there was everything you ever needed. As I was working remotely as well the room was very comfortable with good wi-fi and there was a nice work friendly coffee shop just 3 minutes away. I will definitely recommend it, the staff was very nice and helpful, and the location was ideal for me. Even the walking distance from the center was like 30-40 min max it was very safe, nice and I did walked a lot. but there tram, bus staations out front and a U6 train station nearby.

Good location and easy to do self-check-in . The bed was clean and comfy and there was also a kettle where you could boil water , as well as tea and coffee provided by the hotel . The staff where also very willing to clean and change towels at any point . The double curtains were very nice and made the room feel warm and cozy . When we were checking out , the owner first told us to use the lockers available to put our lugagge for the day , and when they didn't fit , he still offered to keep it in a separate room and gave us the key . Very friendly and helpful !

The bathroom is a bit awkardly placed in the middle of the room and the ventilation system is a bit inadequate as there is no window . Also the sink was a little small and hard to use without getting the floor wet and there was not much space to put stuff when getting ready

Easy to check in. It is as expected, nothing fancy, nothing bad

Strange toilet, better not use it 😂
