Silent location, helpful and nice staff, comfortable beds, spacious room and bathroom, clean, close to metro station, good breakfast, good price.
To improve, I would advise to change the sheets. It was clean, but there were some old spots.

Location is good! Metro and tram station Borislovka is very close. Staff was very supportive! I booked the parking place through link in booking.com but somehow it was not through. At the time of arrival, the owner supported and arranged a parking spot! So, book the spot by calling or by messaging the property.
All was good!

We had a wonderful stay at Vila Josefina and were very impressed with the property. The owners were exceptionally kind, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The room was clean, comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed. The location was excellent, and the breakfasts were tasty. We felt very well looked after and would be happy to return.

Nice owner, clean albeit outdated rooms. Parking in the yard included (have to reserve in advance). Metro stop close by.
First floor room: noise from the hallway and the staircase. Missing toiletries and no refrigerator (booking.com shows that there should be one).
