Location was primary
Away from crouds of tourists and easy access.
Staff could have been a little more engaging.

In a splendid location at the head of the Lauterbrunnen valley, just before the entrance into the stunning UNESCO World Heritage site of the upper Lauterbrunnen valley. Walking only beyond this point. 15 mins walk from the cable car to Mürren
Shared bathroom, but when you walk in the mountains you expect that.

The people running the Hotel are quite nice and the support staff from Denmark were as well. We also appreciated the food, for example the röstis were quite nice - we had poor röstis elsewhere in Wengen. The weather was nice for evening meals on the terrace which we liked.
The bathroom looked like it could have been renovated a long time ago... And the quality of the mattresses could have been better.
