Cà del Cervo is located in the center of Cortina, in a dominant position, a stone's throw from Corso Italia and the Faloria cableway, it also enjoys a beautiful view of the mountains. The very convenient and comfortable apartment has a double bedroom overlooking the balcony and a twin bedroom, one of which can be converted into a bunk. The living room opens onto the balcony from which you can enjoy the view of the bell tower and the mountains, the kitchenette is equipped with a dishwasher and everything you need. The bathroom with shower in the tub is equipped with a washing machine. The cellar on the ground floor can be used as a storage room for skis and boots. The apartment is also connected to a parking space owned within the garage on Via Barone Franchetti (particularly useful in case of snow) while the parking spaces outside the condominium are free and usable. In periods of good snow from the slopes of the Faloria Cristallo you can reach the house on skis, while the Skipass Bus stop is under the house.

All dialogue with the host prior to the stay was very easy and professional, also the local hosts were super friendly and helpful. The apartment was well located with easy access to ski buses and the main street with shops and restaurants. Everything was clean and neatly prepared, the standard a bit old but functional.

The apartment was clean and well appointed. There was good parking and it was well located for the town centre and for driving excursions. We had a lovely time there.

The major selling point for this flat is the location right at the start of the main tourist pedestrian shopping and dining area in the center of Cortina. There is parking right in front which is great, and there is a grocery store right next door (down a steep driveway but very convenient). Washing machine in the unit was great. The apartment was clean, BUT there was a gross shower curtain in the bathroom and the kitchen had an odor that was unpleasant. It would build up if we closed the door to the kitchen, so we had to leave the door open all the time. I never identified what was the source. It was NOT our trash/garbage.There were no floor/table/ceiling fans and it was very warm on several days. We knew there was no A/C but fans should be there. Everything I am writing here I also communicated to the owner directly. I would opt for a hotel if and when I return to Cortina.
