NYX Hotel Warsaw by Leonardo Hotels

Great facilities , nice part of town. Cool rooftop view

Great Hotel and beautiful modern art throughout. Awesome breakfast

A memorable stay from start to finish. The room was immaculately clean and tidy, and my girlfriend and I absolutely loved it. All in all a 10/10 experience!

If I were to pick on something, it would be that the TV wasn’t connected to the internet, and the kettle didn’t automatically switch off at boiling point (both of them very minor issues).

We had an enjoyable stay at NYX Hotel Warsaw overall. The room was comfortable, although the mattress could have been better, the view was lovely, and the breakfast was very good, offering a wide variety of options.

Unfortunately, our departure experience was disappointing and somewhat spoiled an otherwise pleasant stay. On the morning of checkout, while we were still registered guests and had not yet checked out, housekeeping entered our room and began preparing it for cleaning. After we went out for a coffee and returned, we found that the cleaning equipment had already been brought into our room. This felt unprofessional and gave us the impression that our stay was being treated as over before we had officially checked out. We also encountered difficulties when trying to leave the parking garage, despite having already paid for parking. We had to return to the reception several times to clarify the issue. Eventually, we were able to leave only after the parking barrier was raised remotely with the assistance of a security guard.

Excellent Hotel, comfortable room, we had a corner room so we could see the north/west view of warsaw from the 10th floor. we didn't order breakfast. but heard that it was good. the staff was professional, all the hotels facilities that we used were 100%. the complex that where the hotel is placed includes many great restaurants.

Room was really perfect but... the bed mattress was too soft and we tend to sink in. the pillows were funny as well. the hotel is located great for shopping in the Zlote shopping mall, in order to reach the old town/main city for touristic matters, its pretty far, about 20-25 minutes of walking through main streets.
