Ivan was so welcoming and the instructions on how to access the keybox were very clear. I got delayed due to a family emergency and arrived a day late - Ivan was so understanding and accommodating and even met me at the property when I eventually did arrive. He also gave me a map with lots of great recommendations for Split which was very helpful as a solo traveller! Lots of local restaurants on my street and the food was stunning (not a tourist trap in sight). The property was wonderful and had all the amentities I needed. Quiet area only a few minutes from the old town and had a little view of the sea from my window! Checking also super easy and relaxed - Ivan was kind enough to let me extend my checkout until lunchtime which was very generous. Thank you Ivan, you're a brilliant host!

Fernseher war eher Deko und zeigte keinen Kanal an, aber das war echt das kleinste Übel ;)

Ivan is a very helpful, polite, and professional host. He sat me down, showed me everything on the map, He recommended sites and the accommodation is quiet. It was the tiny touches that really added to the service—when I had difficulty carrying my broken travel trolley, he carried it up the many stairs for me. He also left an iron for me when I asked if the rooms had one. On my final day, Ivan even called a taxi for my departure.

I honestly don't have any complaints. Everything was great.

Great location, quiet, had a bar fridge and kettle, internet and huge bed!
