Centered location behind the train station, nice with warm pools with the zugspite mountain view

No toothbrush, other amenities, no slippers in the room with such high price.

Great location nice spa, friendly staff, beautiful area.

Very small bathroom for the price. Bathtub would be nice.

Great hotel, nice vibe and good location

The spa was disappointing, be aware you seem to be able to come into the spa even if not staying at the hotel so the pool area is like a leisure centre, loads of children and families, not peaceful or relaxing. The breakfast was included but not great

The breakfast area was amazing, plenty of space and the food selection was great. In addition, the spa area was exceeding my expectations. Large indoor and decent sized outdoor pool and plenty of space to relax.

The room was awful, we stayed with three adults and this room should never be fitted for three adults. The sleeper sofa was super uncomfortable, and every little move made loud squeaking noises, keeping up the whole family. In addition, there is no door for the shower (just the toilet), so if you are not travelling as a throuple, say goodbye to privacy. No space to put luggage, it was freaking hot due to no air-conditioning being available (the least you can do in the middle of summer is provide some fans for the rooms), no small mini fridge to put drinks and snacks in either.
