Both apartments are available for rent to vacationers: the ground-floor apartment and the first-floor apartment. The ground-floor apartment is spacious and comfortable, with an area of 86 m². The paved courtyard and garden are spacious, with a total area of 308 square meters. The apartment is self-contained and independent, with its own entrance from the paved courtyard. It is suitable for a family or group of 4 people. There are two bedrooms with built-in closets, a spacious living room with a dining table for 4–6 people, a home office for tenants to work from home, and a library, a modern, well-equipped kitchen for preparing meals with a dining table for 4 people, and a bathroom with a shower stall and a washing machine for guests’ laundry.
