LA QUIETE DI TREGIOVO, a classic mountain cabin/chalet in the Upper Val di Non at an altitude of about 1,050 meters, located in the woods and pastures just above (half a kilometer) the small village of TREGIOVO, a hamlet of the municipality of Novella (formerly part of the municipality of Revò - TN). The cabin is a standalone, secluded, single-family home and is at your complete and exclusive disposal.
The property underwent extensive renovations in late 2020 (new bathroom, new flooring, and new windows and doors) and features 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed + an optional extra bed; and one with 2 sturdy bunk beds that can be replaced with either 1 double bed alone, or 1 double bed + 1 bunk bed), a spacious living room, and a fully equipped kitchen. The cabin is equipped with kitchen linens; bedding, down comforters, sheets, blankets, pillows, and towels, which are changed weekly. The cabin has electricity, gas, drinking water, and hot water. Heating is provided by a wood pellet stove and a wood-burning fireplace with hot-air ducts leading to the bedrooms (wood is also available for the outdoor barbecue) and by radiators in the bathrooms.
Outside, the cabin features a spacious garden with a large, covered solid-wood table that seats 10–12 people—ideal for snacks or outdoor meals—with an adjacent natural stone barbecue. Sun loungers are available for guests. Additionally, adjacent to the cabin on the WEST side, there is a large, nearly fully covered area—clean and enclosed by a gate—that can be used to store bicycles, motorcycles, toys, etc.
