The cleanliness, the peaceful silence, and the proximity to everything you need: supermarkets, shops, and plenty of great restaurants. Everything is conveniently close, while the place itself remains quiet and relaxing.
Despite the receptionist Tahir being very friendly and welcoming, unfortunately the rest of the service staff did not give us the same impression. There were none smiling or speaking with the guests, which made the atmosphere feel rather impersonal.
The breakfast was also quite basic, and nobody informed us that we could order additional eggs or orange juice…We only found this out later, which was disappointing as a simple explanation from the staff would have made a difference.

Amazing design - allowed you to be surrounded by water, whether in your room, or eating breakfast. Waiting staff were excellent - friendly and helpful.
The afternoon and evening reception member that welcomed us to the property and showed us our room was uncomfortably unwelcoming.

The staff we’re incredibly helpful, friendly and attentive. Nothing was too much trouble, always with a smile on their faces and they would happily go over and above to ensure your stay was perfect. They offered lots of advice and with that personal touch you always felt well looked after. The hotel itself was perfectly clean and functional and the food exceptional.
