We are renting out our fully restored house, except for the gate.
Located on Route du Dr. Pardigon in Cavalaire, 500 meters from the sea.
The house is in a quiet location with no neighbors directly across the way. There are 2,500 m² of fenced-in property and a large 6x12 diamond-shaped pool. It’s very easy to access; there’s parking for at least 4 cars, and loading and unloading are very easy.

One bathroom with a shower and bathtub, and two shower rooms.
Four toilets, three of which are separate.
Fully equipped kitchen with two ovens…
An ice maker.
Two flat-screen TVs.
Basketball hoop, inflatable paddleboard, petanque, and ping pong.
Three bedrooms on the first floor, one of which has a terrace.
Each is air-conditioned.
