The chalet is brand-new: we’ve placed special emphasis on your well-being and health. You’ll experience unparalleled comfort thanks to excellent insulation (using natural materials), underfloor heating, and the thoughtful selection of eco-friendly materials. The dual-flow ventilation system will ensure excellent indoor air quality—especially appreciated during this time!
The 150 m² chalet features a large entryway (which serves as a ski room in winter), 4 bedrooms with new, high-quality bedding, 3 bathrooms with showers, 3 toilets (including 1 separate one), a fully equipped kitchen with an additional central island, and a living room with a dining table.
Two of the bedrooms are large enough to accommodate a travel crib (upon request).
Across from the kitchen, you’ll also find a cozy space—our “cocktail corner”—where you’ll make your best memories!
Upstairs, in a wood-paneled setting, a loft with a large TV, a video game console, and children’s games is at your disposal.
A sauna is also available for your use!
The all-wood deck lets you take in the view of the valley while enjoying your summer meals (barbecue in the garden).

The chalet is ideally located in the heart of nature yet just 5 minutes from downtown Gérardmer, in a quiet setting near the forest and at the foot of hiking, running, and mountain biking trails.
- Bas-Rupts cross-country ski trails, snowshoeing, hiking, running, mountain biking: accessible on foot (1 minute)
- Ski equipment rental: 3 minutes
- Electric scooter rental: 3 minutes
- Lake Gérardmer: 5 minutes
- La Mauselaine ski area: 5 minutes
- Sports center (swimming pool, ice rink, bowling alley): 6 minutes

Voici un chalet où l’on se sent tout de suite bien : il est accueillant, joliment aménagé, très bien conçu et décoré avec goût jusque dans les moindres détails ! Nous avons passé un agréable week-end intergénérationnel dans ce tout nouveau chalet si paisible. Nos hôtes ont été très attentifs aux besoins de chacun, autant à ceux de notre petit-fils de 2 ans qu’à ceux de notre doyenne de 93 ans et chacun s’est senti le bienvenu !
Nous souhaitons aux prochains locataires autant de plaisir que nous en avons eu !
