Our exclusive apartment building was newly constructed in 2021 and is located on the outskirts of town in a quiet area that enjoys sunshine all day long, just a few minutes’ walk from the ski lift, restaurants, and the town’s natural swimming pond. Skiing, hiking, swimming in the crystal-clear ponds—everything is possible.
The Top 1A apartment offers approximately 52 m² of living space and consists of a large living area with a kitchen, dining area, and lounge. The sofa can be easily converted into a full-size double bed in just a few simple steps. The bedroom is furnished with a large box-spring bed for two people and has direct access to the bathroom with shower and toilet. A separate toilet and a coat closet are also available.
A washing machine, iron, and ironing board are available in the storage room.
The large terrace is accessible directly from the kitchen-living area. A garden table with 4 chairs, a grill, and a lounge chair allow you to dine, rest, and relax on the terrace. The adjacent garden is part of the apartment and may be used by guests.
