Well all reviews mention poor condition, but you should declare your most sincere experience for what you are paying and what you expect.
I have stayed many 5* hotels but this furnished 2BHK apartment is excellent value for money, clean, good wifi, room service, clean toilets close proximity to shopping malls, restaurants surrounding etc. people should be realistic for what they pay &what they expect rather criticize otherwise. To me it was best stay with big family on holidays to muscat, highly recommended to families with low budget & big heart.
