Ezeretz SPA Hotel

The breakfast offer at this hotel is very limited. There are only five set options available, all of which contain a large amount of bread. For guests who cannot consume gluten, this means that they cannot have a proper, satisfying breakfast. No alternative choices are provided apart from these five predefined breakfast sets. For a hotel with four stars, this is not really appropriate. Another issue was that in the room, which was supposed to be non-smoking, there were clear signs of recent smoking. On the positive side, the swimming pools by the hotel are excellent, and the pool bar is of good quality with a wide selection of cocktails

Nice hotel with a wonderful spa. Room was noisy at night. Seemed to be security guards outside our window talking and laughing until well after midnight. Road noise was a problem until after midnight. Ask for a room on the back side away from the road.

From the beginning staff was very friendly and helpful, room was clean the only thing I didn’t like it was the bed they put two double beds together as opposed to having one full king bed. Anyways if you’re sleeping in the middle of the bes you fall in the hole!! Other than that everything was fine I’m very pleased.

The hotel lobby and public spaces are great, they have an amazing pool and spa, breakfast was good, but not on time, my biggest problem was with the rooms, the rooms are very old have stained carpets, the tub is difficult to get in and out of, there is absolutely no air-conditioning, it’s a centrally controlled air system so you don’t really have any control over how hot or cold it gets. The window does open, but it’s on a very busy street so expect lots of noise.
