The location is excellent. 5 minute walk from Tobalaba train station and 5 minute walk from Costanera Centre (a big shopping mall).
The property and rooms are outdated. Some of the locks on inner doors don’t work, mould on the shower ceiling, skirtings need repainting, etc.

Very central, helpful staff
Someone smoked in the next room or hallway every morning and it kept leaking into our room every morning and our room would fill with cigarette smoke despite this being a non-smoking building they didn’t seem to be able to do anything about it.
The rooms are loud, traffic outside (to be expected) but you could hear everything in the hallways and all around the room.
We had difficulty with the wifi for the first few days until we asked about it, they brought in a technician and it was fixed.

Tiene una excelente ubicación, es muy limpio y el personal muy amable.

The staff were excellent. We needed the top part of the bunkbed put on for our young son and the maintenance person put it on. The daily cleaning was amazing!
I don’t have any complaints at all but maybe a different sandwich for a change for the breakfast. It’s fine if you’re staying a few nights but we stayed 11 days. But this wouldn’t stop us from staying here again.
