Perfect location, beautiful apartment, and great communication. Oscar met us at the building and walked us through everything we needed to know. It added a wonderful personal touch.

Right in the middle of a very busy area in Florence which made it easy to get to everything, my map was a little off from the location- it’s by the Lego store! Space was clean and nice. Water pressure was a little low but it’s a big building. The host was super helpful and nice to chat with.

Dirty, there was a bandaid left on the window in the bathroom, no warm water on the first full day there. The maintenance guy I was chatting with on WhatsApp explained that the water heater was shared with the other apartments on that floor. Location was fine.
