A large apartment with a balcony and a comfortable bed in a quiet area, close to a metro station and a short ride from the city center.
Venetian blinds instead of curtains, and a lot of dust on them.

It was very spacious and we loved it had a lift. We were very comfortable there and the host was always available to help with anything we needed. The sunsets from the apartment were beautiful!
The outdoor table was broken, one bedside table lamp was broken, the ironing board was broken. These were all things we would have used.

Contactless check in. Clean and spacious.
The parking wasn’t clear and we ended up with a parking ticket. No air conditioning made our stay very uncomfortable.

Location is very convenient, a 2-minute walk from the metro station. 4 stops away from Vienna Central Station. Three grocery stores/supermarkets within a 200 ft radius.
Plenty of natural light.
Host is responsive.
Apartment interiors were much more worn down than displayed in the pictures. It was moderately clean, but that doesn't hide the signs of wear and tear. Examples: the wooden floor had a lot of marks on them, the bunk bed shook and squeaked with the tiniest movement and had a lot of stains on the white paint, etc.
Wi-Fi was not working at all.
