Quite convenient location for exploring Munich. Around 15 minutes walk to the nearest U-Bahn station: Theresienwiese just two stops from Karlzplatz. There is a small shopping mall nearby if needed and several small restaurants on Gollierstraße.
Excellent buffet breakfast. Very friendly, helpful and professional staff. The room was comfortable if a little cramped. The ceiling fan kept the room cool and was low noise so it could be left running through the night (essential in the July heat wave). Our room was on the 4th floor with a balcony facing the garden so was very quiet.
Nice big-screen TV with plenty of channels.
The courtesy umbrella provided proved useful on a rainy Tuesday.
All said, a good experience

Our stay at the Bavaria Boutique Hotel was very good. While temperatures in Munich were high at the time, and the hotel lacks air conditioning, the staff and services at the hotel made up for the uncomfortable room temperatures. The buffet-style breakfast offered everything we needed, the hotel was clean and orderly, and the staff went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and pleasant. In cooler, “normal,” temperatures, I would highly recommend the hotel. It was great!
