Great location! Loved being on the canal. Surrounded by great shops, restaurants, & squares. Easy access to Rialto Bridge & vaporetto. Easy to get to Piazza Roma & Marco Polo Airport. Excellent, Italian breakfast.

Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast choices were limited but was good. The building is about 500 years old so if the luggage rolls away from you in the room it’s the floor-not ghosts! A/c worked well which was much appreciated. Convenient location. Not really a canal view unless you hang out of the window and look down. All in all a nice stay.

We stayed for 6 nights in September 2026. Yes, the hotel is old but that adds to the charm. We found the beds comfortable, and the bathroom was clean. The shower provided hot water with excellent water pressure. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. The staff were always available, cheerful and helpful. The location was central and we easily walked every where. A strong Wifi was also available at the hotel. We would certainly stay again.
