Excellent location and staff went above and beyond helping us navigate driving there( never again!). Room was a bit tight for 4 and portable AC unit needed window to stay open over the outdoor restaurant which fortunately quietened down around 11.

Excellent hotel right in the centre of Salzburg. So clean and lovely staff. Room was perfect. Easy check in and out. No problem leaving our luggage until our room was ready as we arrived early. We were left a lovely bottle of wine in our room. Definitely recommend this lovely hotel
