Great Staff, But a Rough Stay for Non-Smokers
The Good:
The front desk lady was incredibly kind—she let us check in and worked directly with Expedia to resolve a booking glitch for us. The room was spacious, and the bathroom looked recently updated.
The Bad:
The Smoke: If you don't smoke, beware. Our "smoke-free" room smelled terrible, forcing us to buy air freshener. Because guests are allowed to smoke on the closely connected balconies, we couldn't enjoy the view, and a neighbor was even smoking weed.
The Heat: There is no AC. Because of the heavy smoking outside, we couldn't open the windows for air and felt completely trapped in the summer heat.
Logistics: Check-in was very slow (35 minutes for just two people ahead of us), and the elevator does not go all the way to the 3rd floor.
Verdict: Great service, but the lack of AC and the constant smoke made this the wrong choice for a summer stay.
