Great location, spacious and welcoming. Luigi was very helpful and welcoming, gave us great recommendations and made us feel comfortable.

Ok for budget accomodarion. However, rooms less agreeable than the ones shown on the web/expedia page. Spacious but very basic.
The area surrounding the hotel is filthy dirty and even worse in some other neighbourhoods. Palermo has household garbage piled up at almost every corner - just not on the main tourist attractions. Palermo makes Napoli appear spotless.

The room is comfortable and tidy. I hope there are slippers provided

Castelnuovo was excellent. It is a bit hard to find, but the staff is incredibly helpful. The room is large, the bed if comfortable, and everything is very clean. It has a good location not far from the Teatro Massimo and Borgo Vecchio. The breakfast had coffee, cereals, biscotti, and two different breakfast pies. It was nothing spectacular but good. I would highly recommend.
