Paval is great. Took the time to provide insight/tips on the area that I’ve never received from a hotel before.

Very clean and spacious room, staff was very friendly and location was perfect. Only 2 min walk from the Christmas Market

We took Sidetrip van tour from Berlin to Prague, so we arrived after the checkin period. I called and spoke with Pavil, the hotel manger and ended up staying later that day so he could welcome us. We really appreciated that. He also provided us with a list of things to see.
This isn’t a 4 star hotel, but our room was really big, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was great. We really enjoyed our stay. Especially since we were just minutes from the old town square.
We walked everywhere to visit all the sites we wanted to see, which was really easy from this location.
