We loved our stay at Rila! It was the best location for the slopes & we loved the huge variety of food we were offered for breakfast and dinner!
We loved the surprise of having a live singer in the lounge downstairs after dinner, it was a lovely addition to some of our evenings!
Our room was really spacious too & staff were really helpful at reception when we needed anything!

The stay was ok, nothing special. No one went above and beyond. Not the best customer service but was not bad either
