Iriana Suites

We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed every minute at Iriana Suites. The property is in great condition and the staff is super friendly and helpful. We had a five hour flight delay at arrival. Hotel staff was very responsive in keeping contact with me to reschedule our private transfer from the airport. When we arrived, hotel staff greeted us and walked us to the hotel entrance, which is about 3 minutes walk from the drop off spot. Note that busy streets on the top of the cliff in Fira are for pedestrians only. Our cave style room is very clean, with breathtaking views of the sea and caldera. Sitting in our private jacuzzi while looking out to the sea and caldera was a remarkable experience. Breakfast made to order and delivered to room every morning had a great variety. Location of the property is also very convenient, near many restaurants and shops, with only a five minute walk to the bus stop. Overall, a very nice and cool place to stay. Highly recommend for couples and families. As a reminder, please be prepared to walk about two stories down to your room, since Iriana Suites, like many other hotels and houses in Fira, are built into the cliffs of the caldera rim.

The balcony view from our suite was absolutely stunning and to die for! Can't wait to come back soon and staff was super helpful and thr nicest on the planet!! Thank you for a wonderful time!
