Good location .

Difficult to find at first. No one to easily communicate with. The shower was not as pictured. The floor could easily be slipped on. There should be handles on the wall for security reasons.

We had a wonderful stay at Good Value Apartments in Zermatt. The location is fabulous — easy to find, near the church and only a short straightforward walk from the train station…close enough to get to everything quickly but far enough away from the main streets to be peaceful and quiet at night. We walked everywhere, no need for the taxi or bus. The apartment was perfectly appointed, extremely clean and very well stocked with everything we could possibly need. Communication with the hosts was excellent. They were friendly, responsive and helpful leading up to our stay. The instructions for accessing the apartment were clear, making check-in very easy. Bed was super comfy with beautiful pillows too. The onsite coin-operated laundry facilities were an added bonus, especially while travelling. A lovely apartment in a great location, and we would happily stay here again when visiting Zermatt.

Nothing to dislike.

Located in the heart of Zermatt, next to the church and Matterhorn Museum, 8 minutes walk from a well stocked Migros grocery.

The adjacent church bells were loud when the windows were open (but closing windows nicely dampened the sound level, and the bells didn't ring during sleeping hours)

Its located quite close to main train station in a mainly residential area.

Check-in instruction to get to the building was inaccurate. Luckily I could work out the landmarks given were no longer in existence. The property is in a residential apartment and we have to ask some residents how to operate the washing machine.
