Διαμέρισμα στο σπίτι 2-οικογένεια, πολύ κεντρική και ήσυχη περιοχή, το σπίτι βρίσκεται ένα τετράγωνο δίπλα στη φύση στον πυρήνα της πόλης. Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται στο ισόγειο, διαθέτει 3,5 δωμάτια (2 υπνοδωμάτια, 1 σαλόνι, 1 κουζίνα, 1 μπάνιο με ντουζιέρα, 1 σέρα) με συνολικό μήκος περίπου 90τμ, κατάλληλο για 2-6 άτομα. Το διαμέρισμα είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένο και ανακαινισμένο το 2018 και ανακαινισμένο. Διατίθενται επίσης θερμαινόμενο ωδείο με θέα στο πράσινο και ιδιωτική βεράντα με εγκαταστάσεις μπάρμπεκιου στον κήπο. Λίμνη Constance βρίσκεται σε κοντινή απόσταση (περίπου 5 λεπτά.) Για να επιτευχθεί. Τα κεντρικά καταστήματα βρίσκονται σε κοντινή απόσταση, όπως το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται στην καρδιά της Lindau (περιοχή Reutin). Το νησί είναι επίσης σε κοντινή απόσταση με τα πόδια (περίπου 10 λεπτά.) Γρήγορα με το αυτοκίνητο, φυσικά, για το νησί είναι σήμερα και το σιδηροδρομικό σταθμό. Ο σχεδιασμός για το νέο σταθμό τρέχει, απόσταση περίπου 1 χλμ. Το διαμέρισμα είναι εξοπλισμένο με 2 υπνοδωμάτια με 2 κρεβάτια (1χ διπλό 1,80x2,00 κρεβάτι m και 2χ 1,00x2,00m μονό κρεβάτι). Ο καναπές στο σαλόνι μπορεί να μετατραπεί ως έναν καναπέ-κρεβάτι και προσφέρει περισσότερες κοιμάται 2 (περ 1,40x2,00m). Η κουζίνα είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένη με πλυντήριο πιάτων, καφετιέρα, τοστιέρα, φούρνο και πιο ...........(Τα πάντα είναι νέα !!) Καθιστικό επιλογές στην κουζίνα 4-5. Στο ωδείο υπάρχουν περισσότερα καθίσματα για 6 άτομα. Το μπάνιο είναι εξοπλισμένο με ντους και τουαλέτα και στεγνωτήρα μαλλιών. Το ντους έχει ένα πίνακα μασάζ. Χώρος στάθμευσης για ένα σωστό αυτοκίνητο από το ξενοδοχείο, για περισσότερα αυτοκίνητα υπάρχουν στάθμευσης στο δρόμο μπροστά (απόσταση περίπου 50 m). Ένα πλυντήριο ρούχων είναι επίσης διαθέσιμο στο υπόγειο. Άλλες ψυχαγωγικές δραστηριότητες γύρω από το ξενοδοχείο (παραλία, μίνι γκολφ,, το εμπορικό κέντρο του καφέ). Για τις χειμερινές διακοπές, σκι ταξίδι στο χρόνο μπορεί να επιτευχθεί από περίπου 45 λεπτά, ανάλογα με το πού πρέπει να πάει. Μια υπέροχη θέα των βουνών είναι επίσης διαθέσιμα. Στον κήπο υπάρχουν εγκαταστάσεις μπάρμπεκιου το καλοκαίρι και ένα λάκκο φωτιά για φωτιά. Για τα παιδιά υπάρχει στον κήπο ένα μεγάλο τραμπολίνο που μπορεί να μοιραστεί.

Die FeWo liegt wirklich gut. Zum See selber sind es nur ein paar Minuten und als Basis für Ausflugsziele ist sie absolut geeignet. Die FeWo ist modern eingerichtet und sauber. Da gibt es nichts zu kritisieren. Was ein wenig fehlt, sind Kleinigkeiten. Zum Beispiel könnte das Bad ein paar Haken für Handtücher vertragen. Dafür gibt es Handtücher und Bettwäsche in großer Anzahl. Das Mobiliar ist zum größten Teil neu aber auch einfach. Das ist vollkommen in Ordnung. Es wäre toll gewesen, bei der Auswahl der Betten/Matratzen eine komfortablere Variante zu wählen. Für unseren Geschmack war die Bettenlandschaft zu hart. Aber - das ist ein subjektives Empfinden.
Wir (3 Erwachsene und 1 Kind) fühlten uns alles in allem wohl und die Wohnung wurde tatsächlich mehr als „Basis-Camp“ denn als Aufenthaltsort genutzt. Die Kommunikation mit der Hausherrin lief ausschließlich über Smartphone. Für mich passt das, schließlich wurden unsere Fragen beantwortet und die Erreichbarkeit war vorhanden.
Abschließend mein Fazit: Wohnung ok, als Basis top, Lage super;

Hat alles gut geklappt, die Absprachen verliefen reibungslos und unkompliziert, alles war sauber, insgesamt war die Wohnung schon ein wenig verlebt, hat seinen Zweck aber erfüllt

Pour l'accès au lac de Constance, il y a des travaux actuellement sur la place. Donc, temporairement, c'est plus compliqué pour aller au bord.

The property was clean albeit a strange smell in the kitchen. The previous people had left onions in the cupboard and in the heat added to the strange smell that lingered for the full time. I did message the owner about this. I went and bought an air freshener. As she was not there to greet us, I don’t think this was checked.
The location of the property is excellent and we loved Lindau and the walk to the island. All amenities are near by. There is a real country view from the garden and it is not long to walk to the lake. However, a little more care from the owner might have meant we didn’t walk for miles to find our way. The info in the hall was mostly in German only. So catering for other nationalities would be again a more welcoming thing to do.
The place does not have WiFi and has poor internet connection. There clearly is a connection there but I messaged the owner and had no reply about this. Also with no air conditioning the temperatures reached 30+ some days. A fan might have at least helped.
The owner was away so didn’t greet us and said she would see us later in the stay but did not. It would have been nice to have felt like it was someone’s home. The furnishings were quite cheap though clean. The pillows were uncomfortable and there is only a travel kettle for a flat that sleeps 6 people so you are filling it up frequently. The laminate that has been laid was a tripping hazard for grandma who was sleeping in the living room on a sofa bed. It was buckled and lifting.
This could be an excellent place with some tweaks and a bit of love for the property and friendliness from the owner.
