Holya offers a 33-square-meter studio in a very quiet residence in the heart of Ville. This studio has been completely renovated and is suitable for 2 people.
Relax in this beautiful, renovated, quiet, and elegant studio.

The apartment:
This apartment is available ONLY under a mobility lease. A “mobility lease” is a type of short-term furnished rental lease. It is designed to facilitate tenants’ mobility, particularly for professional or educational reasons.
This bright studio consists of:
- A living room with a sofa bed, dining table, and double bed (140x200)
- A fully equipped kitchen (oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, and stovetop)
- A bathroom with a shower and toilet
- Wi-Fi and TV
- Bedding and towels
- Ample storage space
The apartment is located within a senior living community; as such, the building is home to elderly residents, so quiet must be maintained. The community is secured 24/7 with a concierge at the entrance.

Interaction with guests:
Guests can check in at the apartment 24 hours a day.
We are available to answer any questions every day by phone, email, or text message from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM.

The neighborhood:
The apartment is located in a quiet and peaceful area near downtown: “a great place to live.”
The neighborhood is very lively and full of restaurants, shops, and many local amenities (city hall, bakery, restaurants, doctors, markets, pharmacy, ...).

Additional notes:
No smoking, no parties.
The accommodations are entirely private and reserved for guests.
All commercial activities are prohibited in the accommodation.
