The enclosed foyer in the separate entryway provides a pleasant entrance to the spacious apartment. Upon entering the living room, the large panoramic window offers a magnificent view of the Kaitersberg. The apartment features: A modern living room with tiled floors, a wall unit, and a sofa set with an ottoman and matching table, as well as satellite TV, Wi-Fi, and a CD player. An open kitchen with a corner bench and a complete dining area, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, an oven, and a 4-burner stove, a toaster, an egg cooker, a kettle, a filter coffee maker, and a high chair. A bedroom with a double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m) and a large closet. A second bedroom with two single beds (each 0.90 m x 2.00 m) and a closet. A very spacious bathroom with a toilet and shower. A hallway with a coat rack, mirror, and information board. Other amenities: roller shutters on all windows, board games for indoor and outdoor use, 4 folding chairs with cushions, 1 folding lounge chair, a beach umbrella, and a charcoal grill. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to midnight. Check-out is from 7:00 AM until 10:00 AM at the latest on the day of departure. The keys will be provided in a key safe and must be returned there (the PIN for the safe will be provided in advance). The visitor’s tax of 1.30 EUR per person must be paid via bank transfer before arrival. Guests will receive their guest cards after booking and upon receipt of payment for the visitor’s tax, following direct Confirmation will be sent by email or mail from the landlord before your trip begins, or—for last-minute bookings—on the first business day after arrival at the Arrach Tourist Information Office. Please bring your own bed linens, towels, and dish towels. Additional costs: 5th person, fold-out bed: 5.00 EUR per night. Duvet covers and towels per person per change: 20.00 EUR. One pet is welcome upon request and costs 6.00 EUR per night.
