The apartment, located on the fourth floor of a completely renovated building, can accommodate up to four people and is ideal for those who want to spend a few days in a quiet and exclusive setting close to all the points of interest in the renowned city of Padua.
Our apartment, fully equipped with all the appliances needed to make your stay as comfortable as possible, features state-of-the-art technology that will perfectly suit your needs; the design is simple yet modern, colorful, and sophisticated.
The apartment is laid out as follows:
- Entryway with a coat rack where you can hang your jackets;
- Spacious open-concept area combining the kitchen and living room: here you’ll find every amenity.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need: stovetop, oven, microwave, as well as a Nespresso coffee machine (pods included), a kettle, and even a dishwasher. You’ll also find a table with four chairs where you can enjoy your meals.
The living room is equipped with every comfort: a double sofa bed and a 45" Smart TV that allows you to log into your Netflix, Amazon Prime, and other accounts to spend a quiet evening watching your favorite shows;
- Sleeping area with a double bed, a very spacious closet, and distinctive exposed wooden beams;
- In the bathroom, you’ll find: a sink, a bidet, and a shower; a welcome kit (shampoo, shower gel, and body lotion), a hair dryer, and towels of various sizes are provided.
- A delightful private terrace with a view of the rooftops of the historic center’s buildings is at your disposal; this space, entirely yours to enjoy, will provide you with pleasant moments of relaxation.
Located on the top floor of the building, the apartment features distinctive exposed wooden beams and is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and heating. Although it’s located right in the city center, the apartment has soundproof windows that allow you to enjoy peace and relaxation by completely blocking out outside noise.

We are a family of four (2 adults and 2 boys ages 15 and 13) and we stayed 3 nights in the Padua apartment in early July 2026. We thought the apartment was very nice. Self check in went smoothly using information sent by the owner. The owner was excellent with communication. The apartment was comfortable, well-appointed, and very centrally located. We absolutely loved Padua and enjoyed visiting Venice on a day trip! While we had an overall very positive experience, there are a few things that anyone staying there should be aware of. One is that there was no direct driving/parking access to the unit - we dropped off at Pizza Della Fritta nearby parked our rental about a 10 minute walk away, which was fine. Apartment access requires walking up a few flights of stairs. We stayed during a heat wave. The AC unit worked fine but only cooled the unit to about 24C which was warmer than our preferences but bearable. Overall we enjoyed our stay there and thought it apartment was more or less as advertised and - perhaps most importantly to us - an excellent value. And again, we simply loved Padua and would gladly return and stay here again.

The apartment looked just like the listing. The place is on the smaller size, but it was clean, has a small terrace (big enough for 2 people), and the building has an elevator. The location can't be beat. Right in the heart of the pedestrian area of Padova...a few steps from Piazza della Frutta, Piazza dei Signore, and Piazza delle Erbe. Communications with Alberto were clear and prompt. Had a very nice stay and Padova is a beautiful city. Highly recommended!
