Dimitra at the front desk was a remarkably kind and accommodating host! She went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, easy, and stress free. She helped us add a 2nd night, get a taxi to our next city, find restaurants and activities. The rooms were also beautiful and comfortable, and the location close to everything in old town was perfect. Eminently walkable.
Nothing.

Very comfortable, well positioned, good facilities with kettle and fridge, spacious shower and lots of hot water, Dimitra was vert friendly and helpful.
Not a problem for us but room was up 2 flights of stairs so less suitable for someone with poor mobility.

We had a pleasant stay at this charming and conveniently located little hotel. The room was comfortable and clean.

We enjoyed the architecture and the attention to details in the interior design the most. It has a character of luxury while still in the theme of the old City of Chania. The location was maybe the best in Chania. Beautiful view from the balcony and the windows and central location with spacious parking nearby. It was also very easy to self check-in, something we always value. Saturday's farmer's market just outside is a nice bonus if you are coming from abroad.
Unfortunately, we stayed for two very cold winter nights. The heating on the ground floor was not working (for which I would like to have been informed beforehand), leaving us reliant solely on the bedroom air conditioner, which was obviously insufficient to heat the entire maisonette. To make matters worse, the air-con filters appeared not to have been cleaned for a long time, causing it to shut off after about an hour and stop. Overall, the low indoor temperature made the stay uncomfortable and left a bitter aftertaste.
