The Sielstern House, completed in January 2013, features a spacious living-dining area with comfortable underfloor heating, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The cozy leather couch in the lower living area invites you to relax in front of the wood-burning stove or the flat-screen TV (including a Wi-Fi stick for video streaming). The fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, large refrigerator with a large freezer compartment, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, egg cooker, and much more) leaves nothing to be desired. The house features 2 terraces with garden chairs and 2 lounge chairs from which you can enjoy the magnificent view of the water. The first floor also features a bedroom with a double bed and a large bathroom with a two-person sauna and a walk-in shower; a towel warmer is also provided. The entire first floor is wheelchair-accessible, and the access path to the house has been adapted.

On the upper floor, there are two additional bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two single beds) and a bathroom with a shower. The bedroom with the double bed also features a cozy couch and a second flat-screen TV.

In the storage room, you’ll find a wooden crib, a high chair, and an ironing board and iron. The upper floor is also fully tiled. A crib can easily be set up in both of the upper bedrooms. The children’s room has a CD player with a built-in cassette player.

Fly screens are installed (in the bedrooms and one living room window).

All bedrooms are equipped with smoke detectors.

The yard is completely fenced in, so your four-legged friend will feel right at home (one dog is allowed upon request).

One parking space is available.

The Sielstern house is powered by NöRDER strom natur, meaning 100% renewable energy and no nuclear power!

Free Wi-Fi (on-site registration required). DSL “(We cannot guarantee unrestricted availability or sufficient speed).”

The house directly next door is “Huus an’t Gracht”; on the same property are the accommodations “Fischhuus,” "Lejea," "Achterblick," "Grachtenperle," "Sieloase," "Kiek up de Gracht," and "Grachterum" are also located on the same property.

The vacation home is located in Greetsiel, a picturesque coastal town on the East Frisian North Sea coast. Set in a quiet and idyllic setting, the historic town center—with its romantic harbor, famous twin windmills, and cozy cafés and restaurants—is just a few minutes’ walk away. The dyke landscape surrounding Greetsiel offers numerous biking and hiking trails with magnificent views of the Wadden Sea. Thanks to its proximity to the North Sea and the East Frisian Islands, the vacation home is the ideal starting point for relaxation and a variety of excursions.

You are welcome to add a laundry package as an optional extra. This can be done during the booking process or at any time afterward for a fee.
