Elessa Hotel

This is an amazing hotel in a beautiful setting. It is really peaceful and relaxing. The staff are so friendly and go out of their way to ensure you have a relaxing stay. The rooms are amazing. A simple but sophisticated design. Very comfortable bed and bedding and we had a hot tub on the balcony - a little piece of luxury. A delicious breakfast. Big choice of fresh and local food, beautifully presented. The pretty local town is a short walk and there are plenty of places to eat. We stuck with traditional food and it was all delicious.

We went in late September and the pool wasn’t heated, which meant that, whilst it looked very inviting, it was too cold to swim in.

The property was modern and clean with the most incredible location and views. Highly recommend Pirgos as an area to stay as it’s quieter than the other main areas with delicious food, incredible views and a gorgeous town to explore. The staff were so friendly and helpful which made our stay even better. The included breakfast was delicious with a wide selection of breakfast options which could be enjoyed in the restaurant area with the best views. The room itself felt luxurious and was some of the nicest accommodation we have ever stayed in. We would definitely return if we come back to Santorini. We had a late flight out of snoring but we were able to stay and use the pool and facilities until it was time for our flight which was amazing. They also had a shower we could use before our flight. Highly highly recommend staying at Elessa!!

Absolutely nothing we didn’t like

Elessa hotel is such a magical place from the moment you step inside. Initially we went for dinner at Xeporto attached to the hotel, and fell in love with it so much we stayed our final night here. Bruna on reception was the most loveliest and friendliest - she even upgraded our room for free to one of the best rooms in the hotel. I couldn’t fault this place - it is truly worthy of its 5 stars. Every staff member is so friendly and welcoming - it truly is an incredible place. Such amazing views from the comfort of your own private pool and balcony. Delicious breakfast and incredible dinner ! Already planning our return trip <3

Hotel was clean and beautiful! The room we stayed in was absolutely gorgeous and the views were spectacular. Staff was incredible and on our wedding day they were so helpful, which took the stress away. I couldn’t ask for better place to spend our wedding week and we were also given a complimentary floating breakfast 🤍 food was great, we had good service from the restaurant one evening and everything was fresh and delicious! So if you haven’t booked yet, don’t hesitate.
