For winter months we have saucers for the snow and for the summer at the lake we have a hard plastic kayak for guest use. We also have a ping pong table you can roll out to the driveway and cornhole.

Plenty of parking in driveway, carport and right side of the house as well as street parking if need be.

Other things to note:

We have a generator with instructions should power go out. Please note the generator is NOT automatic - so you will have to manually move it from garage to under car port and start it. Or you can just use flashlights should power go out... which makes for a fun adventure. :) The generator will not power the entire house..but the kitchen, tv and various lights will work.

We have snowplow service as well as a small snowplow. Manually shoveling snow is sometimes a thing when we get a lot of snow. We have shovels available in the garage.

You will have access to the entire house, and we ask that you treat it as if it were your own!
