A wonderful spot for a large family trip! 12 of us met up from 3 different states, 9 adults and 3 littles. The layout of bedrooms and baths was perfect, and we especially appreciated the modern bathrooms. The location was excellent: 3 minutes from a grocery store, and we had a large rental pontoon boat delivered to us right at the dock! Very spacious, comfy and clean, and the communication from the owner was incredibly quick and friendly. Highly recommend!

House was nice with a great living space and comfortable beds. Surprised one of the rooms shares the master bathroom and the back right bedroom has limited circulation but otherwise it was great and I would book it again if we were ever in Hot Springs!
