Comfortable beds, helpful staff, clean and cozy.
It's a small boutique hotel. Mostly quiet but some occasional noise from the outside hotel bar on weekends. A few things in the room were partly broken. For example, one of the charger ports did not work, the tissue dispenser was loose from the wall when you pulled a tissue out, and the shower head would wobble. These are minor things. Generally the stay was good.

I booked this hotel because of the location and the fun decor. It's not a run of the mill hotel. It's cute and quirky and we really liked it for that. The location is fabulous. 5 minutes to the opera, and hofberg palace. 1 minute to the noshmarket. There was no view in the room, but it was well lit and pleasant, except for a very odd persistent bathroom odor. It was there before we ever used the bathroom. Never went away. We didn't eat breakfast at the hotel since it's expensive and there are so many great options in Vienna, it was fun to go elsewhere. The staff were super nice (except one dour woman that shouldn't be public facing customer service. ) i like the vibe here and world recommend it!!!
