Nice hotel near the UC Berkeley campus. Lots of shopping and dining options in the area. Very friendly and helpful staff!

The property was very clean and well kept. The room was comfortable. However, there was a lot of noise from the air conditioner unit, they actually gave you hearing protection as part of the package! The shower did not run very well!
The fact that they had no coffee out at a side bar in the lobby for gas was appalling!! Every hotel I’ve stayed in for the last 10 years has had coffee at the front desk!! Even the cheap hotels!!
The service in the restaurant was very slow, although the food was very good! It was fine if you’re just lounging around, but if you have someplace to be, don’t eat at the restaurant in the hotel.

Overall experience was great. Great location! It was walking distance to the BART station, and campus stores and eateries.
